PAYMENT
We accept payments via Shopify.
SHIPPING
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS ground. International orders are shipped via USPS unless an account is provided. All duties or custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.
TURN AROUND TIMES
Orders typically ship in 5-10 business days, but turn around times may vary. Rush options are available for an additional fee, please email us to discuss.
MAP POLICY
To help our retailers thrive and to maintain brand integrity for Horse Girl, our products have a minimum advertised price.
We ask that our retailers sell our products at no less than 2x wholesale in their online shop. Retailers found selling or adverting our products for less than 2x wholesale online will have their wholesale account revoked.
BACKORDERS
Backordered products will be noted at the time of order and/or shipment. All backordered items will ship free of charge as soon as they are available, unless otherwise specified.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
